michellefernandoMichelle is a Project Assistant at Chapin Hall at the University of Chicago, providing administrative support to the TCOM team. She works primarily on contract management for the Praed Foundation. She moved to Chicago in 2015 after living and working in the San Francisco Bay Area for 21 years. She was introduced to the Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) tool, and saw it’s positive impact on children and families first-hand when she was the Office Manager and Executive Assistant at WestCoast Children’s Clinic in Oakland, California.
